My Kindness Challenge

  • Ages 4–8
  • A few minutes a day for 7 days
  • Printable PDF · 1 page · US Letter

A one-week chart with a small, realistic act of kindness for each day, a space to draw a favorite kind moment, and a short reflection at the end of the week.

How to do it

  1. Print the page and post it where your child will see it.
  2. Read the kindness idea for Day 1 together and try it that day.
  3. Check the box after each kind act. Skipped days are fine.
  4. At the end of the week, draw a favorite kind moment and circle how it felt.

What children practice

  • Noticing what others need
  • Following through on a weekly goal
  • Talking about how kindness feels

Tips for grown-ups

  • Do the challenge alongside your child.
  • Celebrate effort, not perfection. Skipped days are fine.
  • Classrooms can complete it together as a group.
